Yeast Integrative Biology Project

As an integral component of our project, we are establishing an overall bioinformatics strategy in which researchers in each activity are able to access, examine and make use of data generated in other projects. We are setting up a unique Bioinformatics Core by combining members of our current specialized research teams -- representing complementary skills in computational biology, machine learning and programming -- with IT and support staff. The Core is functioning as a “hub” for data exchange and is addressing the informatics needs of all projects.
